All orders are handled and shipped from our studio with care. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another once it has been dispatched, including a tracking link to follow your shipment.
Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two to three working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Where We Ship
We ship to the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Please note that due to the alcohol content in our fragrances, we are subject to international shipping restrictions and cannot ship to all countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it may be because we are unable to ship fragrance products to that destination.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Within the EU, most parcels arrive within three to seven business days from the shipping date. International orders may take up to two weeks, depending on local customs handling and postal services.
Because fragrances are classified as flammable goods, they are shipped via ground transport where possible, which may result in slightly longer delivery times than for standard goods.
These are approximate delivery times and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with couriers or customs clearance.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, to all destinations we ship to.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in the price at checkout.
For international shipments outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Fragrance products may be subject to additional restrictions or duties in some countries. Over Soon does not have control over these costs, nor can we predict their amount.
Tracking, Lost, and Damaged Packages
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Our fragrances are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged or a bottle is broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to help locate it with the carrier.
We do not take responsibility for packages marked as delivered to the correct address, but we will always try to help resolve issues where we can.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at noone@over-soon.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal as described in our Terms of Service — subject to the cellophane wrapping remaining intact.
